Hand luggage: Allowed dimensions & size per airline

How big can my cabin luggage be?

Each airline sets its own allowable dimensions and weight for carry-on baggage. There are therefore no consistent regulations. However, as these regulations change from time to time, we advise you to visit the website of the airline in question before your flight and check the dimensions.

Basically, every airline allows you to take one carry-on suitcase into the cabin. Some airlines additionally allow a laptop bag or a handbag. Before departure, please always make sure to check the regulations of your airline in order to avoid unnecessary additional costs when checking in your luggage.

In the following table you will find an overview of the regulations on hand luggage size and weight of the most important airlines.
