As with almost everything, success depends on the preparations. Confucius already said that, and we know that success also depends on the right business equipment:
This includes the right laptop bags, wrinkle-free shirts thanks to suitable storage and a stylish tablet case just as much as the right document folder for meetings. After all, if you can keep your desk tidy, why not keep your bag tidy too? Exactly!
What is the big difference between a business suitcase and a normal suitcase for your holiday?
Firstly, the size and secondly the interior.
With a business suitcase, special attention is paid to an accurate interior layout, so that in addition to your suit and a spare shirt, a file folder, a laptop, various cables and hygiene articles can also be safely stowed away.
In addition, business trolleys are characterised by the fact that, due to their size, they can easily be taken into the aircraft cabin and you can thus continue to work on board without any problems. So you won't lose a minute here!
Our laptop is our world to close. Not only do we work on it, we also watch series, write with friends and get news from all over the world. So it's no wonder that we want our constant companion to be well stored when we're on the move. The following laptop bags will show you that design and function are not mutually exclusive.
What to look for when buying?
It is important that the laptop is well protected. This means: make sure it has good padding that absorbs shocks. Also note the inch size, which you need to choose to fit your laptop. In addition to the laptop, most bags offer space for power supply units and accessories. Now you just have to decide whether your laptop bag should have short handles, a long shoulder strap or a telescopic bar with wheels so you can pull your laptop behind you.
You're not the type for a leather briefcase that has to be held in your hand? Don't worry, we also have just the right thing for sporty types: the business backpack.
This is particularly suitable for those who often cycle to work, who sometimes travel long distances by train on business trips and who place particular value on excellent ergonomics. We can only recommend these business backpacks to you and your back:
It's incredible how working has changed in just a few years.
Flexitime has become quite normal for most employers, people are considering whether home office should be enshrined in law, and thanks to laptops, tablets and mobile phones, you don't really need a fixed workplace any more.
Tablets and mobile phones in particular are the superheroes of the working world, because whether on the train, plane or bus, you are always accessible and flexible.
What do we always accompany you with on the road?
With functional and elegant accessories for your laptop, tablet and mobile phone. With our cases, we not only protect the displays, but also ensure safe transport.
The only thing you have to do now?
Find out the size of your notebook, tablet or mobile phone and then choose and order your individual copy from this selection of laptop sleeves and cases:
Who hasn't heard the saying: "There's order here" - one touch and the search begins!
But this won't happen to you in the future, because we have the right products for you and your important documents to keep things tidy. Because even if we would prefer not to print on paper at all for the sake of the environment, sometimes it simply cannot be avoided. So that neither a spontaneous downpour nor the wind can harm your documents, you'd better store them neatly in briefcases, business trolleys, backpacks or folders.
What is the best way to transport your documents?
Whether you choose a briefcase or a business backpack depends entirely on what you value. If you want to have your hands free and are more of a sporty type, we advise you to choose a backpack; if you want to appear classy like a businessman, then it is best to choose a leather briefcase that is primarily carried in the hand. If you travel a lot and have to transport large quantities of documents and folders, the business trolley is just the thing!
Actually, there are only a few things to consider when flying with hand luggage. Once you have internalised these, every flight becomes child's play. However, we must point out at this point that the luggage regulations of individual airlines can differ again.
It is therefore best to check the website of your travel provider before departure to be on the safe side.
The number of pieces of hand luggage is usually one in Economy Class and two in Business Class. Many airlines have maximum dimensions of 55 x 40 x 20 centimetres for cabin baggage, and the weight limit is usually eight kilograms.
Liquids must be carried in a separate, transparent bag that can be closed. No more than 100 millilitre individual containers and a total volume of one litre may be stowed in it. Liquids include creams, gels, deodorants, mascara, toothpaste and perfume.
Dangerous items must stay at home, such as gas and gas containers, petrol lighters or spray cans with paint. Weapons, toy weapons, sharp objects with a blade length of six centimetres and easily flammable substances are also prohibited. However, you may bring everyday items such as nail scissors and files, disposable razors, pocket knives and gas lighters.
Tip: If you don't want to do without a bottle of water when flying, you can take an empty plastic bottle through security and refill it in the washrooms afterwards. The same applies to coffee-to-go cups.
If you travel a lot on business, you may be doing your company a favour, but unfortunately not necessarily the environment.
Rail travel for many routes is the environmentally conscious solution - and with high-speed trains, it's also much faster than you think. But in some jobs and for some distances, boarding a plane cabin is simply unavoidable. The guilty conscience is great, the pressure in the company even greater.
Climate-conscious travel, because for air travel there is currently no technical solution like biofuels. The magic word: CO2 compensation. Here, air passengers voluntarily buy a climate protection contribution that is used to expand renewable energies in countries where they hardly exist. This benefits not only the environment, but also the people who are shown a way to clean energy there. Providers like atmosfair or Primaklima also offer solutions for entire companies. Why not suggest this to your boss at the next meeting?
