The Freerider ski touring backpack from Deuter impresses with its well thought-out winter features, such as the fully hinged back opening. On the one hand, it offers an optimum overview of the equipment. Secondly, the back system remains dry when the rucksack is taken off. If some snow does get onto the carrying system, the new robust, breathable and snow-repellent material ensures a dry back. Safety is also a top priority for the Freerider. With the separate and quickly accessible safety compartment for probe and shovel, the touring backpack keeps the most important items to hand in an emergency. The variable fastening system is also new. With two separate straps, skis, snowboard and snowshoes can be attached to the outside of the rucksack in no time at all: Skis diagonally or in an A-shape, snowboard and snowshoes vertically. The flexible fastening straps can also be used for lateral compression.
