The backpacks, bags and accessories in the Black Square collection are made from open-pore leather from Tuscany, tanned with vegetable tannins. The irregular appearance is the result of a unique artisanal process, the washing, which preserves all the warmth and allure of natural and uncoated leather. After tanning, skilled hands place the leather in large basins filled with water that contain no chemical substances. The leather is then dried in the drums and finally spread out so that its fibers can relax. In this way, and thanks to the experience of the patient master tanners, the leather acquires its different appearance in terms of color tones, grain and softness, making each piece in the Black Square collection an exclusive one-off.
