Transport Damage
If your package arrives damaged:
📌 Have the damage confirmed directly by the delivery person or the post office.
📌 Take photos of the package and the damaged goods.

How the return works

2️⃣ Pack goods securely – preferably in the original packaging
3️⃣ Include return slip so we can assign the return
4️⃣ Send package with DHL (branch, pack station or delivery person)
5️⃣ After receipt of goods, refund will be made to the original payment method
📌 Important notes:
✔ Only unused items with tags will be fully refunded
✔ Multiple packages? Create a separate return label for each package
✔ No shipments with unpaid postage!
Refund & Repayment
- Repayment is made to the original payment method
- Processing time: 5–7 business days after receipt of goods
- Prepayment / bank transfer: Please send us your bank details for the refund
Claim & Warranty

✔ 2 years statutory warranty
✔ Afterwards, the manufacturer's warranty applies (varies depending on the manufacturer)

Defective or wrong delivery?
- Upload pictures of the damage directly in the returns portal
- After inspection, you will receive a DHL return label
- Repairs take about 2–4 weeks
- If self-repair is possible, we will send you suitable spare parts free of charge
