Aufgaben:

• Verantwortung für unseren Shopify-Onlineshop sowie Weiterentwicklung der Shop-Struktur und Usability
• Umsetzung und Steuerung von Optimierungen zur Conversion- und Umsatzsteigerung
• Pflege und Anreicherung von Produktdaten (z. B. via Akeneo)
• Planung und Umsetzung von Marketingaktionen (SEO, SEA, E-Mail-Marketing etc.)
• Analyse der wichtigsten KPIs (z. B. Conversion Rate, Warenkorbwert, Absprungraten) und Ableitung konkreter Maßnahmen
• Technischer Support für interne Anfragen sowie Zusammenarbeit mit externen Dienstleistern
• Betreuung von Landingpages, Startseiten und saisonalen Inhalten
• Weiterentwicklung der Prozesse rund um Produktpflege, Checkout, Kundenservice und Logistik

Profil:

• Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich E-Commerce, Wirtschaft, Kommunikation oder vergleichbare Ausbildung
• Mehrjährige relevante Berufserfahrung im E-Commerce oder Onlinehandel – idealerweise mit Shopify
• Sehr gute technische Auffassungsgabe und gute Kenntnisse in HTML, CSS, Liquid von Vorteil
• Sicherer Umgang mit Analyse- und Shop-Tools (z. B. Google Analytics, Tag Manager, Excel)
• Selbstständige, lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise mit hoher Eigenverantwortung
• Erfahrung im Projektmanagement und in der Zusammenarbeit mit Agenturen oder Entwicklern
• Kommunikationsstärke und Organisationstalent – auf Deutsch, gerne auch mit guten Englischkenntnissen

Aufgaben:

• Entwicklung und Umsetzung kanalübergreifender Performance-Marketing-Strategien (Paid Social, SEA, Affiliate)
• Eigenständige Planung, Steuerung und Optimierung von Kampagnen auf Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest & Google Ads
• Monitoring und Analyse aller relevanten KPIs (z. B. ROAS, Conversion Rate, CTR, KUR, CPO)
• Verantwortung für den Ausbau und die Betreuung unseres Affiliate-Marketings (z. B. über Awin oder andere Netzwerke)
• Zielgruppenanalysen und Testing (A/B, Creative-Tests, Targeting-Varianten etc.)
• Unterstützung bei der Erstellung von Werbemitteln in Zusammenarbeit mit dem Brand-Marketing-Team (Text, Bild, Video)
• Erstellung von Reports & Dashboards zur Performance-Auswertung
• Enge Zusammenarbeit mit E-Commerce- und Content-Team zur ganzheitlichen Kampagnenplanung

Profil:

• Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Marketing, Medien, Kommunikation oder eine vergleichbare Ausbildung
• Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Performance Marketing (insb. Paid Social, SEA, Affiliate Marketing)
• Sehr gute Kenntnisse in Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, Google Ads & Tracking-Tools (z. B. Google Analytics, GTM)
• Erfahrung mit Affiliate-Plattformen und Netzwerken (z. B. Awin Retail Ads)
• Starke analytische Fähigkeiten, Zahlenaffinität und datengetriebenes Denken
• Selbständige, strukturierte und ergebnisorientierte Arbeitsweise
• Fließende Deutschkenntnisse sowie sehr gute Englischkenntnisse
