Thank you for your purchase in our online shop
We grant a 30-day return policy on all shipped items. You will incur no costs for the return shipment within 30 days from the shipping date if the merchandise value is over 50.00 EUR; otherwise, we charge a shipping cost share of 5.95 €.
Please do not send the goods postage due, but always use our DHL shipping label!

1. Pack the goods
Pack the goods in the original shipping packaging or a sturdy box. Include this return slip in the package. Please make sure to remove or obscure old labels on the packaging.
2. Prepare the shipment for dispatch
Please create your return label by entering the password. You can print the label directly on DIN A4 or alternatively save it on your smartphone using the displayed QR code.
3. Send the return
The return can now be dropped off at a branch, a parcel locker, or with the delivery person. If you want to use the QR code, show it on your smartphone. DHL will then print the return label for you.
Return from abroad
You live in a European foreign country. In this case, there are no return labels. Please send the item prepaid in package form back to us. In case of incorrect shipment (wrong delivery, defective goods), these costs will be covered by us. Increased costs apply for postage due returns. Therefore, please do not send the goods postage due! The value of the returned items will be refunded to the payment method specified at the time of order.
