Backpack or bike bag? Both! The Cycle 28 is the ideal companion for commuters who want the bag to sit securely on the bike while riding, but then want to carry it as a backpack on the train and bus or to university. The bag is attached to the luggage carrier via the QMR hooks (e.g. Abus 145/20, not included), which can be locked with a lock, and is converted into a backpack in no time at all. To do this, open the two vertical zips and stow the entire fastening system in a compartment closed with Velcro. The conversion function is explained in a few steps on a sewn-in, easily removable label. However, the clever backpack-bike bag combination offers even more. Compared to its smaller brother Cycle 20, the main compartment is much larger and can hold A4 documents, a water bottle, a snack and a change of underwear. A separate, zippered, padded compartment holds laptops up to 15.6". A compartment extending across the entire front opens diagonally and offers a mesh organizer for cell phone, keys and wallet. On top of this compartment is an additional flat mesh pocket for quickly stowing magazines or wet clothes. Two side compression straps, a helmet holder and reflective elements attractively integrated into the design round off the comfort features. The main material of the Cycle 20 consists of 50% recycled polyester, the contrast material even 100%. Our quick-change artist has a PFC-free EcoFinish water-repellent finish.
