Open the school bag and the Velcro fastener of the Neon Pull Over. Fasten the hooks on the front side of the school bag rim on the right and left. 2.
Lift the bar on the front of the satchel slightly and close both halves of the Neon Pull-Over with the Velcro fastener underneath. 3.
3. then pull the elastic band under the front pocket.
Finally, detach the two side pockets from the Velcro surfaces and attach the zwei ends of the Neon Pull-Over to the Velcro surfaces of the side pockets.
