Shipping type

Markenkoffer.de delivers extra fast and inexpensive within Germany, Europe (including Switzerland) and worldwide! Our shipping partner DHL delivers reliably, offers online tracking, also delivers on Saturdays and delivers to all DHL packing stations.

Shipping cost

From a value of goods of 50 euros, the delivery within Germany is free of shipping costs at markenkoffer.de (from 100 euros for Austria). If the order value is lower, we charge 5.95 euros for the complete delivery.
For deliveries to other European countries, there is usually a shipping fee of 12.95 euros. However, there are exceptions. You can find a detailed overview of the costs with DHL Europe here. On this page you will also find all important information about tax free shopping.

Shipping time

If the order of "immediately deliverable" items is placed before 2 pm and the invoice is settled with an immediate payment method (everything except prepayment), the shipment usually takes place on the same day. If payment is made in advance by bank transfer, the goods will be shipped immediately after receipt of payment. The delivery time within Europe is about one to two working days, to other European countries about two to five working days and to non-European countries one to two weeks (applies to items that are "immediately available").

Packing station

You are welcome to have your order delivered to a packing station by our shipping partner DHL. To do this, simply click on "Delivery to Packstation" in the order process when entering the address and invoice and enter all the data for the desired station in the form.

Transport damage

Despite all care, damage may occur during transport. But do not worry: Our packages are insured by DHL against transport damage. Therefore, please be sure to check directly upon delivery whether the package is in order or possibly damaged. In case of damage, please have this confirmed directly by the parcel deliverer or by your local post office. In addition, please be sure to take photos of all sides of the package or the goods in order to document the damage for insurance purposes. Please then send the damage report and the documentation by e-mail to our service team at [email protected]. We will then check your damage report immediately and take care of a possible refund or reshipment.
