Return/Revocation

Of course, we at markenkoffer.de adhere to the legally regulated right of withdrawal. Your ordered items can be returned to us within 30 days from the date of shipment of the goods. Within this period you will not incur any costs for the return of the goods (within germany), provided that the value of the goods exceeds 50 euros. Otherwise, we charge a shipping fee of 5.95 euros (within Germany). Please do not send the goods freight collect, but always use our DHL parcel stamp.
Please also note that we can only take back unused products. Please do not remove any attached labels and send the item back to us complete and intact. For all further information on the subject of revocation, please refer to our revocation policy.

Retour

Each delivery is automatically accompanied by a return bill. There you will find the link where you can create a DHL parcel label for returns from Germany free of charge (from an invoice amount of 50,- €, otherwise plus return costs).

Please pack the goods in the original shipping packaging or in another sturdy cardboard box, enclose the completed goods return bill with the package and make old labels unrecognizable. Then stick your DHL parcel stamp on the parcel or alternatively save the displayed QR code on your smartphone. The return can then be dropped off at a branch, a Packstation or the delivery person.
If you would like to use the QR code, simply show it on your smartphone and DHL will print out the label for you. 

You live in a foreign country in Europe. In this case there are no return labels. Please return the item postage paid in parcel form to us. In case of faulty shipment (wrong delivery, defective goods) these costs will be paid by us. For unfree declared returns, increased costs will be incurred. Therefore, please do not send the goods freight collect! The value of the returned goods will be refunded to you on the payment method specified when ordering.

Complaint & Repair

We are sorry that something is wrong with your ordered item! We will be happy to help you:

If you want to complain about an item you ordered from us, it is best to send an email with your order or invoice number, photos of the damage and a detailed description of the damage to [email protected]. We will check your request immediately and send you a DHL return link, which you can use to send the item back to us free of charge. Once we have received this, you will receive an email confirming receipt of the claim. If necessary, we will forward the item to the respective manufacturer for inspection or repair. Repairs usually take about two to four weeks. However, as soon as we have received feedback or the item back from the manufacturer, we will inform you or forward it directly to you. If it is a defect that can be quickly repaired by yourself with suitable spare parts, we will send you the necessary parts directly for self-assembly.

Attention: This applies to all articles that are claimed within the legal warranty period of two years. For all damages that occur after this period, the manufacturer itself is liable. You can find out the respective warranty periods directly there. 

Important for you: We can only follow up complaints if the damage is not self-inflicted and it is not a transport damage. In case of transport damage, please contact the airline or the transport service provider directly and preferably on site. 

In the case of defective, unused new goods, you can return the damaged item to us free of charge using the enclosed goods return bill. Please indicate "defective" as the reason for the return and note the exact error description.

Warranty

At Markenkoffer.de you have two years Iang warranty on the items purchased from us. From then on, the respective warranty periods of the manufacturers come into force. So if a damage occurs within the first two years from the date of purchase, please contact us (all info about this under "Complaint & Repair"), for damage after that please contact the respective manufacturer directly.
