FAQ about "My order"

Find item

In our online store markenkoffer.de you have several options to find your desired item. Simply go with the mouse on the top left on the field "Products" and select the appropriate main category or subcategory from the dropdown menu that opens. You will then directly get the corresponding item selection to all available products and can scroll through the offer. Clicking on the "Filter" field opens a window in which you have extensive options for specifying and narrowing your search. Click on the "Sort" field at the top right of the hit list to sort the result list according to specific criteria such as price, bestsellers, new products, etc. 
An alternative to the product search is our search field on the top right. Depending on what you are looking for, simply enter the desired article name, the corresponding category or a specific manufacturer and click on the magnifying glass symbol. You can then select the desired item from the list of results and also use our practical filter function here or have the hit list sorted according to your wishes using the Sort button.

Place order

In our online store you have the choice of more than 18,000 articles in top quality from renowned manufacturers from current collections. Just look around and browse through our product worlds.
Our online store is open to you around the clock and seven days a week.

If you want to place an order, you can:
  • directly on the Internet via our store www.markenkoffer.de
  • by telephone under 0049/8456/80807-0, from Monday to Friday from 10am to 4pm
  • or by e-mail at [email protected]

To place an order in the online store, please proceed as follows: Click on the green button "Add to cart" on the product page of your desired item. A pop-up window will open where you can click on "Add to cart". Here you will now see all the items that are in your shopping cart, here you can change the quantity or remove items. The order fits? Then please click on the button "Checkout". In the following window you can either place the order as a guest, log in with your existing customer data or create a new account by registering. Please enter the desired billing and shipping address as well as the payment method, check the order and click on "Buy" at the very bottom. Now the order is completed and depending on the payment method you will be redirected to the payment page of the corresponding service provider.

Order status

After successful order you will receive directly afterwards an order confirmation by mail from us. As soon as your order leaves our warehouse, you will also receive an email about this. In this message you will also find all the information to track your shipment online. 
In addition, you will find in your customer account under the order history all information about your order and can also see the status.

Change & cancel order

Your order has already been placed and you want to change something or stop the order process afterwards? Since we ship our goods directly from our central warehouse on site, this is generally possible as long as your delivery is not yet in the shipping process.
